Microdata Systems and Management, Inc. was established in March of 1980 offering a complete line of document imaging solutions from film-based micrographics to electronic imaging systems. In 1991, Microdata expanded to offer presentation products to serve the needs of its growing clients. It was the first to introduce computer-based presentation via LCD projection.

Today, Microdata is the exclusive distributor and official representative of world-class product brands such as Sanyo multimedia projectors, Electrovoice pro-audio speakers, Tandberg videoconferencing systems, Sanako computer-based learning solutions, DIS conference discussion systems, AMX automated control systems, MIMIO interactive whiteboards, AVerVision document cameras, Extron switchers and amplifiers, and EMC2 electronic imaging solutions.

With its professional and dedicated staff, Microdata has garnered a sizeable clientele that includes the Top 1000 corporations within the Philippines, and has covered major national projects and Audio Visual installations. The customers being served by Microdata Systems and Management, Inc., are major banks, government offices, hospitals, private corporations and hotels.

The company has three (3) major branch offices: Makati, Cebu and Davao. It also supports three (3) subsidiaries, namely EVI Distribution Phils., Inc., Avolution, Inc. and Gakken Phils., Inc.
