NETWORK MANAGER
Job Description:

The Network Manager ensures the continuous (i.e. 24 x 7) availability of ASI network, as well as addresses all troubleshooting issues and customer complaints on the network so these are accurately reported, monitored, and resolved immediately within the available resources and time. He/She also coordinates with telecommunications service providers and/or vendors for acquisition and timely delivery of needed equipment and technical support, coordinates with the Special Projects Manager and the Director for Implementation on networking for potential clients and upcoming call center operations programs.

*  Bachelor�s/College Degree in ECE, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any Computer-related course
*  Minimum of eight (8) years Information Technology experience in an Assistant Managerial/Managerial capacity, preferably within the call center, customer service, or any communications-intensive industry
*  Working knowledge of Data and Voice networking equipment, as well as their installation, configuration, and maintenance
*  Exposure to or working knowledge of the installation, configuration, and maintenance processes/procedures of Cisco routers and multi-service switches
*  Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN/WAN.
*  Basic knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF routing protocols
*  Ability to perform IP Address Subnetting and Assignments
*  General knowledge of I.T. requirements/demands in call center operations and organization
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) as well as Visio
