You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the details you entered on the form, and content which is added to Your Profile.
You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your Profile and that if You cancel Your Profile account or Your Profile is terminated, all Your Information, including cover letters, saved jobs, questionnaires will be removed from the Job Applicant Database and will be removed from any public area of the Website. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through JobQuest.ph’s web servers. In addition, third parties who You have permitted to view Your Profile or aspects of it may retain saved copies of Your Information.
JobQuest.ph reserves the right to delete Your Profile and all of Your Information at any time.
Job Postings contained on the Website are provided by Employers and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of Job Postings and expect Job Applicants to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.
Services and information provided on the Website by us and JobQuest.ph third party partners are intended to assist in the recruitment process. Neither JobQuet.ph nor third party partners can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. A User should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the Website.

There are times that we will ask for additional personal information in connection with promos, surveys and contests but again, your participation is purely voluntary. The Personal Data that your provide us with will all be shared with the Employer when you apply to an offer, in order to enable the contact with such Employer or when you are searched on the Job Applicant Database.

You have the option of blocking the cookies we set. You can set-up your browser to change the configuration whether to accept, block, or to get notifications when cookies are sent to it. Your experience may vary depending on the configuration of your browser.
Our advertisers link from our Website to areas on their own sites where they advertise their products/services/job openings.
