You will be asked to complete DOLE NSRP Form as required by the Department of Labor & Employment. Details You submitted must be true and accurate.
You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the details you entered on the form, and content which is added to Your Profile.
JobQuest.ph reserves the right to offer third party services and products to You based on the preferences that You identify when You register and at any time thereafter or You have agreed to receive. Such offers may be made to You by JobQuest.ph or by third parties. Please see JobQuest.ph Privacy Policy, for further details regarding Your information.
You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your Profile and that if You cancel Your Profile account or Your Profile is terminated, all Your Information, including cover letters, saved jobs, questionnaires will be removed from the Job Applicant Database and will be removed from any public area of the Website. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through JobQuest.ph’s web servers. In addition, third parties who You have permitted to view Your Profile or aspects of it may retain saved copies of Your Information.
JobQuest.ph reserves the right to delete Your Profile and all of Your Information at any time.
Job Postings
Job Postings contained on the Website are provided by Employers and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of Job Postings and expect Job Applicants to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.
JobQuest.ph Services
Services and information provided on the Website by us and JobQuest.ph third party partners are intended to assist in the recruitment process. Neither JobQuet.ph nor third party partners can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. A User should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the Website.

To create an account and/or use other services of our website, it may be necessary that you provide us with the following data: first and last name, email address, password.
When collect and process your personal information once you submit your resume, create a profile, and interact with Employers and with other Job Applicants. This may include the following based on DOLE NSRP Form. National Skills Registration Program Registration Form:

Providing the information is purely voluntary but you might not be able to take advantage of job offerings if your information is incomplete. There are times that we will ask for additional personal information in connection with promos, surveys and contests but again, your participation is purely voluntary. You may decline anytime by unsubscribing.
We collect and store certain information associated with your use of our Website and mobile application (“App”). We automatically log and track information about how you’re using our sites. This information may include the URL that you just came from, your IP address, and the pages you visit while you are on our website. When submitting job applications, Employers may store the information you send to them in their own servers and/or email servers. Please know that any information that you send to third parties, such as Employers, shall be under their sole responsibility. If you want this information to be deleted, you must make a request directly with the concerned Employers or parties.
RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Personal Data that your provide us with will all be shared with the Employer when you apply to an offer, in order to enable the contact with such Employer or when you are searched on the Job Applicant Database.
