Booking Terms & Conditions
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- 50% down payment is required to secure your slot as a participating Employer.
- Full payment should be settled prior Event date.
- Kindly settle payment via bank deposit, bank transfer or electronic cash transfer. Always send proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Bank charges incurred for payments made electronically shall be at the expense of the Employer.
- Please address all payments to MYMIMA WEB PORTAL SERVICES.
- All fees are subject to 12% VAT.
- Submission of PEZA Certificate is required for Employers registered under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority.
- Non-payment of account beyond 60 days will receive 5% penalty per month based on the first received Billing Invoice.
- STRICLY NO CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS. NO REFUNDS.
- Employer agrees and understands that cancellation of bookings will waive all prepaid payments made and will still be billed full amount of the Contract. However, Employer may transfer to another schedule.
- In the event of non-attendance, Employer agrees to remain liable for the total cost of Event participation fee.
- In the event of force majeure, prepaid payments shall be credited to the next choice of Event.
